Pennsylvania Supreme Court:
Vote “Yes” for Fair and Independent Courts Campaign

This month, we are fundraising for the Vote “Yes” for Fair and Independent Courts campaign in Pennsylvania. This November, voters must vote yes to retain three state Supreme Court justices​ who have shown themselves to be fair and independent. Billionaires and wealthy interests are already spending millions to claim these seats and give the GOP control over the courts. As we’ve seen, an independent judiciary is the last line of defense against MAGA extremism, but too many voters fail to understand the impact of these elections. To educate voters about the importance of retaining these justices and to urge them to vote by mail, the Campaign is launching an intensive media effort. The campaign has statewide support from the state’s trial attorneys, organized labor, and election groups such as Turn PA Blue.
