Meet the dynamic new leadership of the NC Democratic Party. They’ll share their plans for Party growth and effectiveness, and how our out-of-state work can make the greatest impact.

Chair Anderson Clayton is 25, outgoing chair of the rural Person County Democratic Party, and a former organizer for Presidential candidates (Clayton was recently featured on Morning Joe). First vice-chair Jonah Garson is outgoing chair the Orange County Party and one of the first people in the nation to organize an out of state group like ours, a decade ago. Second vice-chair Dr. Kimberly Hardy is professor of Social Work at Fayetteville State U., chair of the PAC of Lillian’s List and a former candidate for state House.

Moderator will be former Rep. Ricky Hurtado, an inspiring speaker in his own right and likely to run again in 2024.
