All In for NC’s monthly meeting will focus on an Election Review and Analysis of the 2022 midterms. Lean Left worked closely with All In for NC, raising money for eight effective, year-round grassroots organizations and for several candidates, and we’ll hear from some of those people at this meeting.

Moderators for this event will be Ashlei Blue, Director of NC America Votes (which outperformed all of its voter contact goals this year) and Jeff Blum of All In for NC.

The elected officials panel will feature: 

• State Senator Jay Chaudhuri, Democratic Whip; 

• Mary Wills Bode, Senator-Elect in District 18 and founder of Team4NC a decade ago;

• Ricky Hurtado, State Rep District 63 – who was the first elected Latino in the state House in 2020

The organization leaders panel will feature:

• Dreama Caldwell, Down Home NC, whose work was probably decisive in the narrowest win by a Democrat for state legislature this year; 

• Marcus Bass, Advance Carolina and a pre-eminent group among Black urban and rural North Carolinians; and

• Theo Luebke, Carolina Federation, an extremely sophisticated community organizing group

Their insights will inform Lean Left's North Carolina strategy for 2024.
