Since 2024, Promote The Vote's Vote Navigator Team has been a vital part of the PA Election Protection Coalition. Vote Navigators handle escalated cases where one-to-one assistance is needed to get the voter across the finish line.

Vote Navigators assist with voter registration Issues and mail ballot applications or troubleshooting; they coordinate rides to County Elections Offices or dropboxes; they coordinate Designated Agents for mail ballots or emergency ballots; and they assist with rapid response calls/texts.
