All On The Line North Carolina is hosting a text bank to share information about voters’ gerrymandered districts and how they can get involved in the event of a re-draw.

Recently, a three-judge panel ruled that Republican maps did not violate NC’s constitution and can be used in the 2022 elections. Yet they also ruled that those same maps are “incompatible with democratic principles and subject our state to ridicule.” The same three-judge panel (2 Rs, 1 D) upheld gerrymandered maps last year. The case now heads to the NC Supreme Court beginning Feb 2nd.
